Frequently Asked Questions

1

What is GoStark?

GoStark is a collaboration of Stark County churches and organizations whose shared values, long term investment in our community and deep sense of concern for our citizens motivate them to partner together for the betterment of Stark County.

2

What is the vision of this group?

GoStark was born out of a desire to simply serve Stark County in Jesus’ name. Church leaders began to ask the question, “If churches across Stark County were to close their doors tomorrow, would anyone notice? Would anyone care?” Our vision is for the church at large to be a vital part of bringing hope and revitalization to Stark County. An essential aspect of GoStark’s ongoing success will be our ability to embrace the belief that “it’s amazing what God can accomplish when we don’t care who gets the credit.”
